Anoosheh Gerayli

Anoosheh Astaraei Gerayli earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Ferdousi University in Iran with an emphasis on the rights of women in marriage under Iranian law.   “I have always been inspired by great and strong women in my life, especially by my grandmother, my mother, and my sisters”, she said.

Moving to the United States in 1999 was a challenge of its own.  But, it provided many opportunities as well as introductions to successful and inspiring Iranian-American women, who motivated her to work hard and be strong.

She started a Medical Billing Company and later helped start and manage two ambulatory surgery centers as well as a large medical practice in Orange County, CA.  She was responsible for overseeing multiple functions including Accounting & Finance and negotiation with Insurance companies,  as well as Human Resources and Safety. She was responsible for and led the sale of the company to Surgery Partners who is a leading operator of surgical facilities and ancillary services with more than 180 locations nationwide.

Currently, Anoosheh is the President of Neeka Investments,LLC which was co-founded by her and her husband. Neeka Investments,LLC is a portfolio company managing numerous residential, retail, and commercial real estate holdings. Being involved in Real Estate gives her the opportunity to learn about it. After all, she decided to get her Real Estate license and use that as her profession.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
